This is a new blog and it is mine. I hope it can become a sharing place for singers, singing, teaching singing and all things that relate to that fine art.
My preference is for acoustic singing, singing that does not need to be amplified to be heard.
But I do not consider amplification unimportant. I simply believe that when singing depends primarily on amplification, the basic historic qualities of the singing voice are most often not well developed.
With this idea as a kind of précis or concept I will share letters, essays, and various thoughts with all who wish to visit this site. It is my hope that others will add to this so it can become a discussion of matters important.
